Each Cu Ni 70/30 pipe undergoes hydrostatic, PMI, ultrasonic, and dimensional testing. We supply EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 MTCs, along with third-party inspections by DNV, Lloyd’s, or TUV on request. Heat numbers, batch codes, and full traceability ensure complete compliance with global project documentation requirements. Cut-to-length service, end finishing (plain, threaded, beveled), and special surface treatments like annealing or polishing are provided to match specific project requirements.

Pipes are packed using VCI wraps, capped ends, and secured in seaworthy wooden crates or strapped bundles. Export documentation includes HS codes, country of origin, MTCs, and marking per client spec.
