- Scope of functional Application: Threaded rods are widely applied in the cases when the constant length of fastening and tensioning that can be adjusted are needed. They are used in critical applications in terms of suspending pipelines, alignment of heavy machinery, cable tray supports and anchoring solutions in structural and mechanical installations where normal bolts are unable to provide adequate reach.
- Accuracy in Thread Rod Manufacturing: The manufacturing of these rods is either through cold rolling or hot rolling processes so that every thread has the same depth and pitch of the length of the rod. Correct thread geometry enables easy engagement of the nut, even load distribution and the risk of thread stripping during tightening process or when the load changes is minimized.
