At Pipex.ai, we value flexibility and transparency. This policy outlines your options regarding cancellations, renewals, and refunds for our subscription plans.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Initial 7-Day Window

If you are dissatisfied with our service within your first seven (7) days of initial signup, please contact our support team. We will do our best to address your issues or provide a technical workaround. If you remain unhappy, we will issue a prorated refund for that month and downgrade your account to our free tier.

Subsequent Days

After the first 7 days, active monthly subscriptions are entirely non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated billing. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Annual Subscriptions

We do not force you into long-term commitments; we offer annual plans purely to give you a significant discount over our standard monthly pricing.

Initial 30-Day Window

If you are dissatisfied at any point during your first thirty (30) days of service, please reach out to us. If we cannot resolve your issue or offer a suitable alternative, we will issue a prorated refund for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free tier.

Mid-Contract Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your annual plan after the initial 30-day window, Pipex.ai does not offer a refund. Your service will continue until the end of your annual commitment, and no further charges will apply.

3. Automated Renewals

Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you explicitly cancel the service through your billing dashboard.

Notifications

We send an email prior to every renewal detailing the upcoming charge. Post-charge, you will receive an automated email receipt stating the deducted amount and your next renewal date.

Grace Periods

If you forget to cancel before a renewal passes, you can secure a refund within the following timeframes.

  • Five (5) business days following a monthly renewal charge.
  • Fifteen (15) calendar days following an annual renewal charge.

Strict Deadline

Refund requests submitted after these grace periods will be rejected automatically, and no prorated options will apply to that renewal cycle.

4. Policy Exceptions & Violations

No refunds (whether full, partial, or prorated) will be processed if your Pipex.ai account is terminated, suspended, or restricted due to a breach of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, engagement in phishing, user impersonation, fraud, spam, or other legal violations.
