Sagar Steels is a leading Monel Fasteners Manufacturer, which is a strong and corrosion-resistant fastening solution that is developed to withstand the tough conditions in the industrial setting. Our Monel fasteners are of Monel 400 and Monel K500, which are of better strength and durability, hence suited to the demanding industries. These are industrial fasteners that find extensive applications in chemical plants, offshore structures, oil and gas processing plants, marine infrastructure, and in aerospace, where mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are of critical concern. We also provide SMO 254 Round Bars to satisfy other industrial needs.
Our Monel Fasteners are registered on trusted B2B portals and provide OEMs, contractors, and exporters with performance solutions to large projects in the industrial sector. Our capacity to supply in bulk and logistics, and the scale of production, make us deliver on time and maintain quality. Our Monel Fasteners are competitively priced and designed to be durable, and are used in industries that demand corrosion-free and strong components.

What is the difference between Monel 400 and Monel K‑500 fasteners?
Monel 400 is a solid solution nickel-copper alloy (63-70 per cent Ni, 28-34 per cent Cu) which has an outstanding corrosion resistance and toughs which has made it suitable in marine applications, chemical applications as well as in off-shore application. Monel K-500 is however different in that it preserves Monel 400 corrosion resistance and contains additional titanium and aluminum. These factors enable its being made age-hardened, and it provides an incredibly larger strength in tension, as well as hardness, qualities that are perfect in high-sustaining parts such as pump shafts and also the oil-well drilling collars
Are Monel fasteners more expensive than stainless steel bolts?
Monel fasteners are usually more expensive than standard stainless steel (e.g. 304, or 316). This is premium because Monel contains so much nickel and copper, and also has special corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics. However, on a lifetime cost basis Monel fasteners have frequently provided a better pay-back relative to the initial out-lay when consideration is given to their durability in severely challenging environments (maritime, chemical, oil and gas, etc.).
Monel fasteners suitable for high-temperature applications?
Yes, Monel fasteners can withstand elevated temperatures up to 480°C, making them ideal for heat-intensive environments like power plants, chemical units, and marine exhaust systems.
