Peek Nuts Supplied in Standard Thread Sizes for Electrical Insulation and High Temperature Service Supplier in India
Caliber Enterprise is a leading Peek Nuts Manufacturer that provides high-performance fastening solutions to industries that may require strength, durability and extreme weather resistance. Peak Nuts are produced using Polyether Ether Ketone which is a high grade thermoplastic possessing great mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and high temperature resistance. Aerospace, automotive, marine, and medical applications are the most usual uses of these Peek Nut Bolts where traditional metal fasteners may not be as efficient. Their lightweight feature also aids in minimizing the weight of the whole system without any loss in strength.
Material & Grades Table – PEEK Nuts
| Material | Grade / Standard | Nut Size | Thread Pitch (mm) | Nut Type | Approx. Weight (kg/1000 pcs) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PEEK Polymer | Virgin PEEK (ASTM D6262) | M4 | 0.7 | Hex Nut | ~0.45 |
| PEEK Polymer | Glass-Filled PEEK (30%) | M5 | 0.8 | Hex Nut | ~0.80 |
| PEEK Polymer | Carbon-Filled PEEK | M6 | 1.0 | Lock Nut | ~1.30 |
| PEEK Polymer | Medical-Grade PEEK | M4 | 0.7 | Hex Nut | ~0.50 |
| PEEK Polymer | High-Temperature PEEK | M8 | 1.25 | Hex Nut | ~2.40 |
- Composition of Material and thermal ability: PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) nuts are created using high-performance engineering thermoplastic which has proven to be highly thermal resistant and mechanical strength. Their ability to work continuously at temperatures of up to about 250 o C whilst maintaining structural integrity and dimensional stability.
- Chemical Resistance & Environmental Suitability: PEEK nuts do have excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, such as acids, bases, exposure to hydrocarbons, and steam. This makes them superior to metal fasteners since they do not corrode, and are therefore suitable in chemical processing facilities, laboratory equipment, and in the marine environment where corrosion resistance is of utmost importance.
- Electrical & Non-Conductive Properties: PEEK nuts are electrically insulating in nature, and are used in electrical and electronic assemblies in which conductivity is necessary. They are dielectrically appropriate in semiconductor production equipment, and in systems with high voltage.
- Lightweight Performance and Mechanical Reliability: PEEK nuts are highly strong in terms of weight performance and easily resist wear and fatigue. They are frequently used in aerospace, medical and precision mechanical assemblies where weight minimization, chemical stability and extensive service life are needed and where again they have no impact on fastening reliability.

Unfilled Peek Hex Nuts Unfilled Peek Hex Nuts
These are standard hexagonal nuts made from pure, unreinforced PEEK polymer. They offer the highest chemical resistance, excellent purity, and superior electrical insulation properties.

Peek Lock Nuts Peek Lock Nuts
PEEK lock nuts are designed with a locking feature to resist loosening under vibration or dynamic loads. This can be achieved through an integrated PEEK or metal insert (similar to a nyloc nut) or through a deformed thread section that creates friction.
