Zeron​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ 100 Round Bar is a super duplex stainless steel bar made to UNS S32760 / F55 standards, which offers the combination of a balanced 50/50 austenitic-ferritic microstructure and thus can deliver both high strength and corrosion resistance. In general, it has a high chromium (~24-26%) content, together with molybdenum (~3-4%), nickel (6-8%), copper, and tungsten, which ensure that the material is highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking and also can withstand several acids compared to the stainless steels of a normal grade. Besides this, Zeron 100 is also capable of providing high mechanical strength, excellent toughness, and good weldability, which is the reason why it is the most suitable for the most demanding applications in the oil &amp; gas, marine, chemical processing, desalination, and offshore infrastructure industries. Round bars are offered in various diameters and finishes, adhering to ASTM A276/A479 and international standards, and can be used for the production of the most crucial components, such as shafts, fittings, fasteners, and structural parts, which are exposed to severe environments.
